CCW Women’s Champion KiLynn King is certainly a fighting champion. Since taking the title from Marina Tucker in that brutal cage match back in early April, King has defended the title many times. One of her stiffest challenges to date was brought by the returning Brazilian Wonder Woman Christi Jaynes.
Jaynes wasted no time challenging The Mother Effin’ King. She interrupted a promo King was shooting with CCW immediately following the match with Tucker and made her intentions clear. That match is featured on this week’s episode.

KiLynn King def. Christi Jaynes - CCW Women's Championship
The matchup of the Brazilian Wonder Woman and The Mother Effin’ King had something for everyone. Technical wrestling, a bit of brawling, stiff striking, high flying and a somewhat unexpected finish.
Early on, King and Jaynes seemed as though they were really feeling each other out, despite having faced off once before. Neither wanted to make an early mistake with the CCW Women’s Championship on the line.
Eventually, Jaynes gained some momentum in the early going. But King came back and came back strong. As in feat of strength strong. King gained enough of an advantage to set Jaynes up for a stalled suplex … and did she ever stall. King showed off her strength by holding Jaynes in position for the suplex a full 15 seconds (we counted).
Jaynes later regained control when she reversed a whip into the corner, countered a King kick and scored with a nasty boot to the face of King, which rocked the champion. A meteora to follow up led to a near fall, but Jaynes failed to hook both legs on the cover, allowing the champ the ability to kick out.
Jaynes poured on the offense, but just couldn’t put King away. Finally, the Brazilian Wonder Woman got set to fly from the top turnbuckle, but King caught her with a hip toss off the top, which turned the tide back in the favor of the champ.
From there, a great mat wrestling sequence ensued, with both women scoring near falls and referee Amy Veronica scrambling to count all the near falls. As Jaynes picked herself up off the mat from that exchange, King scored with a gorgeous cutter to regain control. Another series of near falls for both women followed, before what was an unlikely finish to the match.
Jaynes went in for a clothesline that was nicely countered by King, who wrapped Jaynes up for an innovative rollup to score pinfall and retain her championship.
Who will challenge the Mother Effin’ King next? Stay tuned …
