On Saturday,February 8th, at 8:00 PM, CCW presents RISING TIDE: THE ALEX OCEAN FUNDRAISER at The CCW Training Center, located at 700 NW 57th Place, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309.
On November 30th, 2019, CCW’s own home-grown talent, Alex Ocean, founder of the American Horror Story faction, suffered a broken neck after an in-ring accident.
While such a devastating injury would have crippled a lesser man, Alex Ocean was back on his feet a few days later, and even made an appearance at CCW’s Season’s Beatings show only one week after his injury.
Wrestling, especially on the independent circuit, is a sport that fosters a unique brotherhood unlike any other. These finely tuned athletes put their well-being on the line as they perform superhuman feats and absorb incredible amounts of punishment to entertain their cheering fans.
Join Alex’s CCW brethren as we present an exciting evening of wrestling action. All proceeds from the show will go directly to Alex to help cover his medical costs. Plenty of Alex Ocean merchandise will also be for sale for you to show your support for him. Whether you love or hate his wrestling persona, no one can deny that Alex has consistently put his body on the line to entertain you, our loyal CCW fans. And while he may portray a “bad guy” in the ring, outside of the ring you will be hard pressed to find a better example of character than Alex Ocean – a man, a US Army veteran, and a father.
